On Sunday Feb. 21st the Turkish Cultural Center of NH organized “Turkish Cooking Classes” with Nur Gunes. We started out with a meet and greet to welcome all the people who came to learn our Turkish Cuisine. Our first course was “Ezogelin Gorbasi”, a soup made with red lentils, bulgar and rice. The entrée was “Patlican Kebabi”, a kebab made with eggplant and ground beef. The dish was surrounded by roasted shallots, green peppers and tomatoes. The delicate sauce for the kebabi was made from pureed tomatoes and red peppers. We meet on Sunday’s at 3pm for 5 weeks. Please join us for the 2nd class Sunday Feb. 28th at 3:00pm
