Turkish Cultural Center New Hampshire and IVIAD businessmen accomplished a series of meetings in the state of New Hampshire. Among the participants of these meeting there were Mayor Ted Gatsas, President of Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Robin Comstock, State Division of Economic Development Interim Director Christopher Way, International Training Manager Ellie White, President of Southern New Hampshire University Paul LeBlanc, Manchester-Boston Airport Director Mark Paul Brewer, Director of Corporate Relations of the University of New Hampshire Steve Marchand and local businessmen. Deputy Mayor of the City of Pendik Municipality, Rustem Kabil presented the letter of “Sister City” from Kenan Sahin the Mayor of Pendik Municipality to Manchester city Mayor Ted Gatsas. Gatsas, thanked for the letter and expressed his belief that sister city project will contribute to economic relations and he also expressed his happiness to host the businessmen from Turkey and invited them to invest in Manchester. President of Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Robin Comstock thanked IVIAD and TCC NH for the meaningful visit. IVIAD’s general secretary Erdogan Biyik, proposed the intention to sign a protocol between the IVIAD and the chamber of commerce. Presidents of both University of New Hampshire and Southern New Hampshire University also put their intention to improve the relationship between Turkey.
